Allen is the lead real estate agent and managing broker at WH Properties, our partner company. A 9th generation Nashvillian, he is an expert on everything Nashville with an extensive network. Allen is a proud graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of Georgia where he met his wife, Maggie.

In 2020, Allen expanded his expertise into the realm of property management when he founded Music City Vacation Homes. Alongside his achievements in real estate, he has successfully navigated the nuances of property management, further enhancing his ability to serve clients comprehensively.

Allen obtained his real estate license in 2003 and formed his real estate team in 2009. He took the next step in his entrepreneurial journey by establishing his own brokerage, WH Properties, in 2017 as his business continued to flourish.

Outside of real estate and property management, Allen enjoys spending time traveling with Maggie and their two kids, Emory and Charlotte. Allen is dedicated to excellence and is enthusiastic towards the companies' growth.

Ricky, a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate industry, joined WHPM in 2022 as a Partner, bringing over 15 years of collaborative experience with Allen. A proud native Tennessean hailing from Kingston Springs, Ricky kickstarted his career post-graduation from Vanderbilt in 2003, ultimately founding The Kingston Group in 2007—a construction company specializing in Custom Building and Remodeling.

Throughout his career, Ricky has spearheaded notable projects and navigated the intricacies of the industry, earning a reputation for excellence. His journey with Allen has been marked by shared successes and a commitment to delivering unparalleled results.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ricky finds joy in family life, residing in north Franklin with his wife, Lori, and their two children, Jackson and Olivia. An avid golfer, Ricky spends weekends immersed in travel baseball games and cheering on his Commodores, forming lasting connections with fellow long suffering Vandy fans.

Looking ahead, Ricky remains dedicated to driving innovation and success at MCVH, building on a foundation of expertise, collaboration, and a passion for creating exceptional spaces.

Native to Nashville, TN, Tim is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with 18 years of experience. From 2002-2006 - he studied and played football at Maryville College, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork and leadership.

Tim began his career at Wells Fargo and Fifth Third Bank, specializing in mortgage lending, business banking, and finance. His journey eventually led him to his true passion: multifamily real estate brokerage and investing - which is why his background and knowledge was a perfect addition to our company. In this field of property management, Tim excels at relationship building and focuses on growing the business organically by adding value to clients and tenants alike.

Outside of work, Tim finds fulfillment by spending quality time with his family. He enjoys playing bad golf, saltwater fishing, and going for walks with his beloved pug, Frank, his wife, Melissa, and his daughter, Collins. Tim is truly the X-factor in the success of the company, bringing his commitment for personal and professional growth to the team every day.

Greta joined our team in November 2023, bringing her passion for hospitality and expertise in short-term rental management. A proud Nashville native and University of Tennessee grad (Go Vols!), she pairs her love for the city with a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Known for her keen eye for detail, Greta creates thoughtfully styled, guest-ready spaces that stand out. She excels at listing curation and strategically positions properties across booking platforms, tailoring marketing, pricing, and presentation to attract the right guests and maximize performance.

In addition to vacation rentals, Greta manages furnished mid-term stays, helping traveling professionals and extended-stay guests feel at home. Whether supporting guests or helping owners get the most from their investment, she’s committed to top-notch service.

With a strong background in real estate and property management, Omar brings deep industry knowledge to the team with a clear focus on efficiency and results.

He takes pride in helping property owners protect and grow their investments through clear communication, exceptional tenant relations, and proactive, preventative maintenance.

Beyond real estate, Omar serves as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard and has proudly dedicated over 11 years to military service. This experience shapes his disciplined, detail-driven approach and reinforces a strong commitment to accountability and reliability.

Originally from Liberty, Kentucky, Joshua brings five years of real estate experience and a strong operational background to his role as Property Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University and is known for his ability to build meaningful relationships while solving problems with care.

Joshua’s strength lies in balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. His relationship-driven approach, paired with sharp operational instincts, allows him to create structure, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.

Joshua lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee with his husband, Philip, and their two sons. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the sidelines of soccer games, gathered around the table for family board game nights, or hanging around a fire with friends—activities that reflect his belief in teamwork, consistency, and connection both professionally and personally.

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, CJ is a true local who takes pride in calling Middle Tennessee home. Growing up in the area gave him a deep appreciation for the community, craftsmanship, and hard work that define the region. After spending time at the University of Tennessee, he joined the United States Marine Corps in January 2020 and is now a proud Marine Corps veteran with six years of service.

CJ is a licensed general contractor in the state of Tennessee with over seven years of experience focused on residential construction. As a Nashville native, he understands the character of local homes and the expectations of local property owners, and he specializes in high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and dependable service throughout the region.

Outside of work, CJ enjoys taking advantage of everything Middle Tennessee has to offer. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking with his wife, Maddy, and their dog, Cliff. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends—and watching the Tennessee Volunteers find new ways to disappoint him each football season.
